When Thomas Wolfe said, "You can't go home again" he definitely was not talking about Agnes Scott College! Returning to Agnes Scott for the Class of 85's 20th reunion was coming home. Yes, the campus has changed - new and improved Hub, computers at every station in the library, state of the art science building - not the ASC I remember. And yet, the moment I set foot on campus, I was home. Memories of an exceptional education, wonderful friends, and a life-changing four years came flooding back. There to experience the full effect were a number of Sundance Kids - Bradie Barr, Ann Colona Bennett, Sharon Bennett Linxwiler, Elder Maxwell, Joanna Wiedeman Quillen, Carol Buterbaugh Hays, Bonnie Crannell Evans, Kathy Scott, Katsey Watson, Kristen Sojourner Burgess, Julie Christianson, Dee Moore, Beth Davis, Marilyn Selles, Jill Whitfill, Kathy Leggett Eldridge, Lisa Pence Chaffin, Ann Fitzgerald Aichinger, Pam Williams, Sarah Hamm Hix, Holly Nelms Winter, Libby Witt, Janet Dawson Clements, Margaret Shippen Sanders, Meri Laird Cain, Sharon Core, Kim Spinnett Dameworth, Viviane Haight Ernstes, Jennifer Gazzola Parker, Elizabeth Stevenson Fairleigh, Ann Lindell, and Ellen Grant Walker- representing a number of states from coast to coast! Many husbands, partners, and children also joined in the festivities. Ann Coulling was planning on attending, but decided to entertain the flu at home and not share it with the rest of us. We missed you, Ann; along with all other Sundance Kids who were unable to attend. Please mark you calendars now and plan to attend our 25th. Our goal is 75%. We also elected new officers for the next five years. They are: Jennifer Gazzola Parker (President), Bonnie Crannell Evans (VP), and yours truly as secretary. I look forward to receiving your news and sharing it with others.
